Let’s talk smoothies

One of my good friends —- the very first Gwen’s Greens customer —- was telling me about her smoothies and all the “power greens” she throws into them. When I pack up her weekly shares, I make sure that she gets collards, beet greens, chard, arugula, spinach, basil, cilantro and kale galore. Well, this year I’m promising her “galore” because I have expanded my plan(ts) and dreams for 2019!

Anyway, back to smoothies. She always starts with spinach and kale, and her favorite flavor-booster is cilantro. It’s so fresh and clean tasting. I know she adds chia and other nutrients too. But what a way to get your veggies!
